- Scroll to Delete Account. Deleting signs you out straight away. We keep your data for 60 days in case you change your mind, then permanently delete your account and your data in EasyTaxer: bank accounts, transactions, assets and cached HMRC records. Your records at HMRC are not affected, and your HMRC submission evidence and our invoices are kept for 6 years, as the law requires. A record that your National Insurance number has used EasyTaxer is also kept for 6 years, with the number replaced by a coded form that does not show it, so that the free trial can be used only once per person.
- Select Delete Account, then type the email address you sign in with to confirm.
- Select Delete Account in the confirmation box. Your account is closed and you are signed out. To restore it, sign in within 60 days.
